At GoodForm Pilates, good form isn't about looking perfect. It's about moving well, feeling supported, stronger, more aligned and connected to your bodies,  not just in class, but in everyday life.

Meet Candy

Hi, I’m Candy, founder of GoodForm Pilates.


I discovered Pilates over 13 years ago as a stiff runner looking to move better.  I'm not from a dance background and if I'm honest, Pilates didn't come naturally to me - I still have to work hard to get my body moving as it should, but that's shaped they way I teach. 


My classes are friendly, hands-on, supportive, and detail-focused, without ever feeling intimidating or exclusive.


For me, Pilates has never been about chasing the “perfect body” or showing off how flexible I am (believe me, I'm not). It’s about moving with ease, standing taller, understanding your body better and continuing to do the things you love for as long as possible.


Now in my 50s, Pilates helps me feel more connected and confident in my body than ever before.


At GoodForm Pilates, good form isn’t about how you look. It’s about building a body that supports you in everyday life, and feeling on 'good form' in every sense of the phrase.
